What is the Thriving in Menopause Hub?

The Thriving in Menopause Hub was set up with the aim to offer an informal space for midlife women to meet and chat about their shared experiences transitioning through this life phase. While also providing the opportunity to gain knowledge about perimenopause and menopause and receive guidance and practical tools to manage symptoms and wellbeing naturally through group coaching sessions. The Hub also offers strength training exercise classes to enable midlife women to build strength and resilience to thrive in midlife.
Session Options:
Thursday 6:30pm: Menopause Connect - An informal meet up with like minded women to share experiences and mutual support. This 45min session also includes group coaching to support women find practical and actionable steps to manage manage symptoms and improve wellbeing naturally.
Thursday 7:15pm: Strong in Menopause - A 45 min strength training exercise session tailored to the specific needs of midlife women to build strength, improve mood and resilience and increase self confidence to thrive during this transitional phase.
